Volumetric DDoS attack mitigation

  • Monitoring
    Our TAC Team found that the attack vectors used in this attack were not primarily included in our CORE network mitigation leading to the partial outage in the availablity regions but not the CORE network itself. Users specifically connecting to our network and downstreams via ISPs having bilateral sessions with us over ExtremeIX and NIXI were affected. The attack peaked 120Gbps and the incident was effectively resolved at 13/01/2026 05:54PM IST and started at 13/01/2025 03:54PM IST. At present we are still mitigating average 20Gbps of attack and our TAC team is monitoring the situation for any anomilies or intervention. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will implement appropriate internal SOP updates to prevent such issues in the future.

    We experienced a volumetric DDoS attacks targeting some of our customers originating primarly from Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and other distributed sources. Further updates will follow shortly

    We are performing a maintainence on this router. No downtime is expected.

Scheduled Emergency Maintenance Activity for Network Migration

  • Monitoring
    Re-Scheduled this Network Optimization activity on 14 December 2025, 2-3AM IST. We expect no downtime on any of the services.

    There is a scheduled maintainence by one of our upstreams. Downtime of ~10min is expected for certain users who have specifically opted for upstream(Ishan Technologies). For other users, there is no downtime expected

Tata Communications Downtime

    The issue has been addressed with the TCL team and full network connectivity is back.

    There is an ongoing outage at Tata DIA causing outage across several services. We have advertised our prefixes on Vodafone backup network and services are back online.

Network - Noida CORE2 under maintainence

    Maintainence has been completed
  • Monitoring
    Network - Noida CORE2 is under maintainence. Traffic rerouting has already been processed and no downtime will be observed by users.

Submarine Cable Outage

  • Resolved
    Traffic has been rerouted by Upstream ISPs and the issue has been addressed.
  • Investigating
    There is a submarine cable outage in the Red Sea affecting the monitors. All our systems are currently up and working as expected. However, there is a partial outage affecting both our upstreams Tata & Airtel leading to internet outage for traffic originating or destined out of India.

Bharat Datacenter Website Maintainence

  • Resolved
    The website was being upgraded due to which SSL Certificate was unavailable during this timeline, however the website was accessible. The issue has since been addressed.

Mirror Restart

  • Resolved
    We have restarted the Mirror and it is now UP.
  • Monitoring
    We are currently modifying the Mirror/Repositery to add extra space for accomodation of increased OS repositery size.
