Our TAC Team found that the attack vectors used in this attack were not primarily included in our CORE network mitigation leading to the partial outage in the availablity regions but not the CORE network itself. Users specifically connecting to our network and downstreams via ISPs having bilateral sessions with us over ExtremeIX and NIXI were affected. The attack peaked 120Gbps and the incident was effectively resolved at 13/01/2026 05:54PM IST and started at 13/01/2025 03:54PM IST. At present we are still mitigating average 20Gbps of attack and our TAC team is monitoring the situation for any anomilies or intervention. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will implement appropriate internal SOP updates to prevent such issues in the future.

We experienced a volumetric DDoS attacks targeting some of our customers originating primarly from Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and other distributed sources. Further updates will follow shortly
